Kuwait PACI to issue civil ID card in evening hours also during Ramadan
The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has announced it will facilitate the issuance of new civil ID cards after breaking the
fast.
The same sources said, PACI receives holders of old IDs in the morning from 10 am to 5 pm, and from 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm.
The sources stressed PACI has taken this step to avoid overcrowding at the ID issuing machines in the morning to overcome congestion and overcrowding.
