We are looking to hire:

“Administrative Assistant”

Job brief
The Administrative Assistant will take on all the administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the administrative assistant will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Oversee all the governmental procedures ex. Residency, work permits, driving licenses, etc
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Requirements
• Kuwait Resident is preferable
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

We are looking to hire:

“Payroll Officer”

Job Duties:
• Prepare payroll transactions on a timely manner such as payments of hours worked, personal time off, employee benefit • Prepare payroll periodic reports, payroll schedule and payroll related journal entries
• Perform daily payroll department operations
• Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• Reply various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
• Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
• Record Payroll Transactions in Financial on a monthly closing and reconcile monthly bank statements

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any related business, accounting or relevant field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & payroll.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
• Excellent Written and spoken English and Arabic languages
