·       To ensure that any promo with safat home is being communicated effectively and  clearly

·       To build relationships and engagement with this segment of customers

·       To increase Safat Home S&T sales value

·       To improve with cross selling within sanitary and tiles categories

·       Handling the Engineering’s customers S&T related accounts

·       Building strong relationships with engineering’s customers

·       Ensure that promotions is being communicated clearly with the customers

·       Follow up on building stages with customers

·       Visit the showroom with the customers to show the products and close the deals

·       Work closely with engineering sales team to attract renovation customers

• Follow up on the customer’s delivery with WH and arrange for the same with customers
• Handling aftersales services for these customers in cooperation with customer service and WH
• Update the tracker with customers details and job status
