Looking for and NOC Helpdesk – L1 / L2 engineer for Networking company .

Assigned Support Tickets to be closed within acceptable time.

Availability and reachability 24 x 7 when required Acceptable Response time

1. NOC Engineers have to completely monitor large computer networks, servers from the MSP central location.

2. Analyze problems as per the Proactive alerts, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system,

3. Communicate with Client / SPOC and to be On field / Onsite.

4. track problems through to resolution from end to end perspective.

5. Monitor the performances and capacity of computer systems using a variety of MSP tools for multiple customers and organizations.

6. Prompt actions on alerts for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions.

7. Identify issues and work to determine the cause of the problem.

8. Closely follow standard operating procedures and the guidelines for automation process.

9. Troubleshoot the problem which also include coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, MSP Field engineer.

10. Responding to incidents, the NOC Engineer must carefully track and document

ll issues and resolutions in detail.

11. Edit the knowledge base register of the customer to record the lessons learned

12. Follow the ticketing system and act quickly with the escalations required to L3.

13. In case of major or complex issues for quick troubleshooting, NOC Engineers must escalate the issue to L3 engineers and management, for assistance in reaching a resolution.

14. Must maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken.

15. Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address with team members.

16. Previous customer service or helpdesk experience

17. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
