Nutritionist Manager is urgently required for KDD Kuwait as per the following requirements:
Organize, Manage /analyze KDD’s nutrition & health initiatives
Conduct Research / analysis on various trends & development regarding nutrition and health .
Work with Product Development team & contribute to developing new Products in sync with KDD’s vision to provide wholesome goodness initiatives
Advise staff on various nutritional benefits & ensure that consumer is aware of KDD’s vision on providing nutritional products
Visit schools / institutes/ malls & interact with everyone to share our best practices & vision on nutrition optimal consumer communication of health and nutrition benefits.
Work closely with regional Regulatory authorities to maintain the highest standards of nutrition & hygiene for KDD, identify opportunities & come across as a credible partner to key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :
Deliver the Strategic Direction & Specific Customer driven Shopper Marketing into the Business. Drive the Channel Integrated Business Plan, through the Integration of Customer Marketing Plan and Category/Brand Marketing Plan.
Work with Customer Team and Marketing Team to Build and Deliver Channel Business Plans. Work with Channel Sales Managers & Merchandising Team on the Execution of Channel Business Plan by Customer Develop Channel/Customer Specific Activations and Promotions that’s meets Shopper, Customer and Brand Objectives.
Identify the Channel/Brand Areas that needs in Depth Understanding, Then Collecting Customer and Shopper Insights that would provide perception.
Manage Assigned Budgets for Customer Marketing, Through Early Planning Customer/Channel Monthly Activations, Consumer Promotion, Trade Promotions & POSM Requirements and Calculating their ROI. Lock Innovation Plans with Customers, Brand Team, Merchandising Team & Sales Team to Ensure On time and Flawless Launch in Market.
Provide 6 Months Channel Forecast to ensure the availability of Channel Core Range Assortment, Exclusive Channel Promotion and New Products Stocks.
