Looking for IT Administrator for reputed firm with following skill set and minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the same

Degree – B.Tech / MCA. if B.TECH should have NOC

– Manage various servers including the Active Directory, Domain Controller, AD, Exchange Server, File Server, Anti-virus Server and Anti-Spam Gateway

– Provide Technical Support, Trouble Shooting, and diagnostic services for laptops, desktops, servers, scanners, printers, etc.

– Installation and updating of operating systems and software including Windows 7/8/10, MS Office 2010 , etc,

– Programming , development and maintenance knowledge in Crystal Reports, SQL Server .

Technical Skills & Qualifications

•University degree in Engineering (preferred) with at least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position in GCC, Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems experience

•Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand

•Programming knowledge in (.NET/PHP) and/or scripting experience, Strong Database knowledge in MS SQL & Oracle, Installing software and hardware in a corporate and troubleshooting

•Operating system experience including familiarity with enterprise software environments and client/server architecture. Device driver installation and troubleshooting. Transferable Visa – Article 18

•Providing ongoing technical support for customers post implementation. A valid Kuwait driving license (preferred)
